Donations for Therapy Sessions
Arkordia aims to offer a low-cost service but we cannot offer a free service.
For each counselling or therapy session that we provide, we incur costs of room hire and other overheads. While many counselling services and individual practitioners charge fees of £40 upwards per session, we ask for a minimum donation of £15 per session to cover our costs.
At the same time, we request that those who can afford to pay more than this minimum consider doing so in order to help us sustain a service that is entirely reliant on donations received.
The amount of donation to be made will be agreed with the therapist at the initial meeting.
We kindly ask that a donations is made at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged.
